How do I install an indicator?
  1. Download the file from your e-mail or download page.
  2. In NinjaTrader 8 open Tools, then Import, then NinjaScript Add-On.
  3. Select the downloaded file and confirm.
  4. Add the indicator to a chart and paste your license key in its settings.
Can I pay monthly instead of once?
Yes, for the Suite: $49 a month for all tools on 2 computers. You cancel in one click in your account, and the tools keep working until the end of the month you paid for. Every payment counts toward the lifetime Suite: switch later and you pay $799 minus what you have paid, with up to $600 of credit. Your price stays the same while your plan runs without a break. Where can I see what changed in each version?
Every tool page has its own changelog, and the changelog page lists the latest change of every tool. Updates for products you own are included.
What do I need to run TRART?
NinjaTrader 8 on Windows. Most tools need nothing else. Some use tick or Level 2 data, listed in the next question and on the requirements page.
Does it work with my prop firm, broker or platform?
TRART tools are NinjaScript, so they run inside NinjaTrader 8 and nowhere else. They are built and used with Lucid Trading accounts. Tools that only draw on the chart show what NinjaTrader shows, so another connection may behave the same, but other prop firms and brokers are not tested and we do not promise it. The Lucid rule guard in Analytics applies to Lucid Trading only. If a tool does not work on your setup, you have 7 days to ask for a refund. Which tools need Tick Replay or Level 2?
  • Tick data for history: Big Trades, Absorption, Cumulative Delta. Volume Profile uses it for the true buy/sell split and estimates without it.
  • Level 2 (market depth): Order Book and Liquidity Levels. Their history starts when you load the chart.
  • Live data only: Pressure Map and Candle Timer.
  • Nothing special: all other tools.
Do the tools place orders?
Only two can act on your account, and both only when you allow it. Order Panel places and manages orders when you press its buttons. Analytics can flatten positions and cancel orders if you switch its protections on, and only while its window is open. Everything else only draws on your chart, shows alerts without sound and gives no signals.
How does the license work?
One key unlocks everything you bought and works on 2 computers. You can move a device in your customer panel. After activation the indicator keeps working for several days without an internet connection. A monthly plan is also checked when a tool loads and about once a day. If the check cannot reach us, the tools keep working for several days.
Can I upgrade later without paying twice?
Yes. The upgrade price is the bundle or Suite price minus what you already paid for the tools inside it. Sign in to your account to see your exact price. Monthly subscribers can switch to the lifetime Suite the same way: every payment counts as credit.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Updates for the products you own are included. The Suite also includes new releases for 12 months from purchase. A monthly plan includes new releases for as long as it runs.
What about refunds?
TRART products are digital and delivered immediately. At checkout you confirm that you want instant delivery and that this ends the legal right to withdraw. On top of that, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it. Details are in the Refund / Digital Delivery Policy.
Do the tools give trading signals?
No. TRART tools are chart and analysis aids. They do not recommend trades and do not promise results. Trading futures involves risk of loss.
